At Yard Art, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. Below, you’ll find details about our return and refund policies, including guidelines for damaged products and exceptions.
What can be Refunded/Returned ?
- If any product arrives damaged or the incorrect item is delivered, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
- To report a damaged shipment, please email help@uniquegardendecor.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) to assist with processing your claim.
Important Notes:
- Returns cannot be accepted for order errors or buyer’s remorse. However, at Yard Art’s discretion, exceptions may be made.
- If an exception is granted, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Inspect your Merchandise
- Carefully inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery slip.
- If damages are discovered after delivery, contact us immediately at 925-234-3153 or help@uniquegardendecor.com within 72 hours.
- Do not accept or sign for damaged merchandise unless noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may void your eligibility for a replacement.

How to Process a Return
- Ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, including all packing materials, boxes, and any additional components included.
- Include your order number on the shipping label.
- Use a trackable shipping carrier for the return. Yard Art is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method, provided it meets the return criteria.
Exceptions
- Yard Art will try to accommodate returns for undamaged items if the customer no longer wishes to keep them. However, this is at Yard Art’s discretion.
- If an exception is granted:
- Shipping charges will not be refundable.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Important Final Notes
- All sales are final.
- If the buyer refuses to accept delivery of purchased products, they will remain responsible for the original purchase amount as well as all associated return shipping costs.
