Yard Art Refund/Return Policy

What can be refunded/returned ?

If a product is damaged, or an incorrect item is received you will have the option of a refund, or to receive the item you ordered. If you would like to report a damaged shipment, please send an email with pictures and your order number to help@uniquegardendecor.com
Returns will not be accepted due to order error, or buyers remorse. Yard Art, at its discretion, may make exceptions. If Yard Art were to make an exception, buyer would be responsible for Yard Art's cost of shipping to customer, any shipping charges back, and a 25% restocking fee.  

• Inspect your merchandise when it is received and note damages on the delivery slip.
• Contact us by phone at 925 234-3153 or email help@uniquegardendecor.com within 72 hours of receiving merchandise.

All returned products must be in the original shipping containers with all packaging materials and anything else included in the packing of the product.

THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING IT. SIGNING FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE WILL PROHIBIT YOUR ELIGIBILTY FOR A REPLACEMENT.

Where do the items get returned to ?

When you contact us at 925 234-3153 or shipping@uniquegardendecor.com and we will provide you with the address the product needs to be delivered to.

How to process a return

All returns must include all original packing materials and boxes. Put your order number on the shipping slip.
Take the mailing address we provide and ship it back using a carrier that gives you a way to track it.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for the damage, and credit your card back 100% of the purchase price of the product.

Exceptions

Yard Art will attempt to accommodate a return of an undamaged item the customer has decided they no longer want. There are no guarantees we will be able to do this.  In the event Yard Art does accept your return, Yard Art's original cost of shipping to the customer, as well as any ship charges for the return, are not refundable. A 25% restocking fee will also apply.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN THE EVENT THE BUYER DOES NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS BOUGHT, THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT.
