Typically 2-3 weeks.
When order is shipped, an email will be sent with the shipper name, and a tracking number.
When the shipment reaches the delivery terminal, a phone call will be made to schedule a delivery appointment(not including Fedex deliveries).

Pieces should be cleaned with soap and water, and a soft sponge. Raw cement pieces (light gray) may also be cleaned with an agent such as TSP or equivalent

I bought this planter (39 gallon size, gray finish) about a month ago. I needed a large planter for an old Euphorbia that I wanted to pot and place in my Zen Garden. I wanted concrete, but it’s too heavy and would have to be custom made, so I moved on to the fiber cement. I’m glad I did. I couldn’t find anything locally, so found the Osaka planter on line and it looks great. It’s only been on my property for a short time, so I can’t speak to durability, but I have every reason to believe that I will love it for a very long time.
